How we work

Clear roles. Work that can be checked.

Work starts with a defined road, place, fleet or group at risk. We agree the scope, the public authority role, what ZRST will do and what records will be kept.

ZRST does not approve road works or replace public authorities. We would rather turn down a task than claim authority we do not have.
