The outline provides 18 teaching weeks per semester. Teaching, assessment and attachment dates sit within these planned study windows and will be confirmed by ZTSI.
Project and attachment
The final stage combines an applied engineering project with industrial attachment, building on audits, treatment design and NMT safety.
Who should enquire?
Grade 12 school leavers; working engineers seeking TEVETA qualification via RPL. ZTSI will confirm entry criteria and suitability for your role.
Duration and study periods
3 years across 6 semesters. The next intake starts in January 2027. Planned semester windows are January–June and July–December each year; the sequence for this cohort is shown above.
Learning combines taught sessions, case work and practical tasks. ZTSI will confirm teaching days, assessment dates, breaks and any field or placement arrangements before enrolment.
Entry and prior experience
Ask ZTSI to confirm the programme’s entry requirements and how your prior study and work experience may be considered.
Start with an enquiry. ZTSI confirms intake dates and delivery arrangements. Ask about the proposed award and its recognition. Expressing interest does not confirm admission or reserve a place.
Course fee
ZMW 32,000 standard fee per participant.
Ask ZTSI for an approved invoice, fee coverage and the payment schedule before booking. Institutional or group training is quoted separately.
