How we use enquiry details.

The Zambia Road Safety Trust uses information sent through the ZTSI enquiry form to respond to course and employer training requests.

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, email, optional telephone and organisation, course interest, enquiry type, delivery preference and message. It also records whether you choose to receive future course updates.

Responding to your request

Your enquiry is emailed to info@zambianroadsafety.org for the ZRST team handling training requests. It is used to answer your questions and discuss a suitable course or training brief.

Optional course updates

The course updates checkbox is optional. You can enquire without selecting it. If you select it, you can ask to stop receiving updates by emailing our team.

Keep sensitive details out of the form

Do not send identity documents, medical records, card details, bank passwords or mobile money PINs through the enquiry form.

Questions about your details

To ask about an enquiry you sent, request a correction or ask for deletion of enquiry details where applicable, email info@zambianroadsafety.org.
