Who should attend the forum?
The forum is for fleet owners and managers, transport and logistics companies, public service and goods-vehicle operators, mining and construction companies, banks and insurers, corporate health and safety and human resource managers, driving schools and instructors, professional drivers and supervisors, government and regulatory bodies, local authorities, police and emergency services, and universities and civil-society organisations.
Is the event only for fleet managers?
No. While fleet owners and fleet managers are a priority audience, the programme is designed for anyone with a role in transport compliance, driver management, insurance, enforcement or road-safety policy.
What does the delegate fee include?
A standard physical delegate fee includes full-day access, morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch, a digital programme pack and a certificate of participation.
Can an organisation register several employees?
Yes. Corporate group rates are available for five and ten named physical delegates, invoiced as a single payment with names fixed before the registration deadline.
Are professional drivers eligible for a reduced fee?
Yes. A discounted rate is available for professional drivers and driving instructors, subject to proof of role and a limited number of places.
Is online attendance available?
An online delegate option is planned, including live stream access, a digital pack and an electronic certificate, subject to the streaming platform being tested and confirmed ahead of the event.
Will delegates receive certificates?
Yes. All delegates receive a certificate of participation on completion of the forum.
Does the certificate replace an RTSA licence or statutory qualification?
No. The certificate confirms participation in the forum only. It does not replace a road-service licence, driving licence, certificate of fitness, permit or any other statutory approval issued by RTSA, Zambia Police or another regulator.
Can companies exhibit at the forum?
Yes. An exhibitor package is available, including table space, staff passes and a directory listing. Exhibiting does not include a speaking right.
Can sponsors influence regulatory presentations?
No. Sponsorship does not give a company control over regulatory content, speaker selection or technical conclusions. Regulatory and legal sessions are protected from product promotion.
