What happens after you submit an enquiry
Initial review
ZRST reviews each enquiry according to its road safety relevance, proposed scope, funding position and available organisational capacity.
Further information
Where more detail is required, ZRST may request a short concept note, site information, beneficiary figures, a proposed budget or a meeting.
Technical assessment
Project and technical enquiries may require a preliminary assessment before ZRST prepares a formal proposal, work plan or quotation.
Partnership standards
Work considered by ZRST
ZRST gives priority to programmes and partnerships that:
- have a clear and credible road safety purpose;
- protect children, pedestrians, riders, drivers or other road users;
- define the responsibilities of each participating organisation;
- have realistic funding, scope and delivery expectations;
- can be implemented lawfully and with the required authority approvals; and
- include proportionate monitoring, reporting and accountability.
