Request school-zone support

Ask for support for your school route.

ZRST works with RTSA, Lusaka City Council and other relevant local authorities on school-zone safety. Proposed road treatments require site-specific approval from the responsible road authority. Outside Lusaka, the relevant council or road authority applies.

Tell ZRST what needs attention. We will review the request, check the contact and decide whether to develop a project that can be assessed and presented to potential sponsors.

6. Photograph evidence, optional

Show the school gate, road approach, crossing, walking route or requested work location. Do not take photos while standing in traffic. Uploaded photographs will appear automatically on the public sponsorship page when you submit this form.

If a form error requires a retry, select your photographs again before resubmitting. A resized copy is prepared for public display, with image metadata removed. Photos are not emailed automatically.

ZRST will review the information as reported evidence, not verified findings. A request does not guarantee funding or approval for humps, signs or crossings. Final measures require a site assessment and the responsible road authority’s approval. For urgent danger, also contact the responsible road authority or police.
