2 Lusaka SDA church youth leaders die in road accident0

On a very Sad Note
TWO Lusaka Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) church youth leaders have died in a road accident on their way to attend a wedding ceremony.


Four other SDA church youths survived the accident which happened in the morning yesterday but are currently admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of University Teaching Hospital (UTH).
Lusaka SDA Conference acting youth communication chairperson Grantwel Chembo confirmed the accident and death of Felix Mwangala and Nsabata Muzeya in a statement to the Media houses
“It is with a heavy heart that I announce the shocking and untimely demise of our two leaders namely Felix Mwangala and Nsabata Muzeya,” Chembo announced.
“Details are that the late Felix Mwangala, a Pathfinder coordinator for Kabwata Mission district who was driving a Toyota Wish registration number AIB 5159, with 6 others left the camp to attend a wedding at Kabwata SDA Congregation. According to the eye witnesses, the late brother lost control and the vehicle hit into a tree and overturned where he died on the spot while six others were rushed to Chawama clinic where Nsabata Muzeya died,” Chembo explained.
He said the surviving four were rushed to University Teaching Hospital.
He identified the survivors as Chola Musonda, Jackline Phiri, Joy Nachilima and Bertha Phiri.
“On behalf of Lusaka Conference Youth Executive we wish to convey our heartfelt condolences to the deceased families and the church at large. We are deeply saddened by this sad development. It is our sincere prayer that God comforts the families,” Chembo said.
