Our standard

Fair scrutiny.
Traceable evidence.

We track issues and institutional responses. This pilot does not rate individual MPs.

  1. Record the source. Preserve the date, document type, institution and official link. Correct errors openly.
  2. Separate the stages. A recommendation, a ministerial statement, an enacted law and verified delivery are different things.
  3. Check subsequent evidence. Seek primary documents, agency responses and delivery records before assessing progress. “Not assessed” does not mean “not done”.
  4. Give a fair opportunity to respond. Log enquiries, replies and corrections. Proposed follow-up in this pilot has not been sent.

Research scope: selected road safety references, not an exhaustive search. No overdue labels are assigned without a verified deadline. Daily monitoring alerts are configured for ZRST review. Findings are not automatically published. Source archives are added only after a successful retrieval.
